A Frosty Start. Don’t get caught out. It’s midday and the sun has been up since 8am. But this innocent looking puddle is not what it seems. It is solid ice. Easy to get caught out especially as the light starts to fade. Take it easy and be careful.

Just short of 20 bikes braved the clouds to make the event a runaway success. Staff Nurse Sarah said ‘this is wonderful. We’ll certainly put these to good use’. Good balance, good clutch control and looking where you are going all make slow riding so easy. Using the back brake aids stability and allows minor variations in your speed without losing momentum. Darren shows good focus here and easily completes the exercises.
