Please note that all our ‘Learner’ training courses take place at:
Cardiff County Council Road Safety Centre,
Maindy Stadium & Pool,
Crown Way (Just off North Road),
Cardiff
CF14 3AJ.
Directions: The training site is situated within the Maindy Stadium & Pool complex at Crown Way, just off North Road.
From Gabalfa Interchange (North Road Flyover) follow the A470 towards the City Centre. After approximately 300 yards you will see an Aston Martin Showroom on your left and on your right will be a BP Petrol Station. At the traffic lights at the Petrol Station, turn left on to Crown Way and the entrance to Maindy Centre is on your right.
Please note that when travelling North from the City Centre you cannot turn right into Crown Way so you will have to continue along to Gabalfa Interchange and travel right around the roundabout to come back South (directions as above).
There is a massive sign at the entrance ‘Road Safety Centre’ and I mean a massive sign… If you miss the sign, just keep on driving and go straight to Spec Savers… as you won’t be riding one of my bikes until you’ve had your eyes tested! It’s a massive sign that you cannot miss!
There is ample free parking on the site.
