Whilst I was working hard… I’ve been marshalling the Iron Mountain Cycle Sportif in Gwent Paul & Stu were working hard in Cardiff. Rhys, Ryan, Spiro & Kris all completed their CBT today. Hot conditions like we had today can be just as challenging as heavy rain and cold so a big well done to them.
