Previous PostPrevious Post Next PostMod 1 Training – Manual Handling Exercise. A lovely day for it. Mike & Josh show their skills today in preparation for their tests to come. The first part of the module 1 test is the manual handling where you have to push the bike backwards from a parking bay and turn it around ready to ride for the next riding exercises. So we did a bit of this and then went for a nice ride around the Gwent levels to get some fresh air! 1st Class.
