It’s 30. It has been announced that the new lower speed limit that came into force several weeks ago on Manor Way will be enforced from today. South bound heading into Cardiff, after passing Whitchurch Golf Club the speed limit was reduced from 40 down to 30 some time ago. So motorists have had plenty of time to adjust. Also, to make it easy…. they have put 30 mph signs on a big pole by the side of the road. So if you match that number on your little clock thingy in or on your vehicle and they can’t touch you!
