If the bike skids, remove the cause of the skid, release the brake to get the wheel turning again, and then reapply the brake. Roll off the power. Apply the front brake, immediately followed by the back brake, building up the pressure on the front brake, and then right at the end, as late as you can leave it, pull the clutch in. If it skids, correct the skid!
