Long standing pals and workmates Glyn & Paul enjoy a hot beefy Bovril drink on a break during their ‘Back to Biking’ refresher day. A trip around the Vale of Glamorgan and up to Caerphilly Mountain snack bar re-ignited their enthusiasm for life on two wheels.
