Do you suffer with wind?
If you are out riding today, take care in the high winds and gusty conditions.
Reduce your speed particularly on exposed roads, bridges and flyovers.
Relax your grip on the bars. The tendancy is for riders to tense up when hit with a gust but then you and tge bike become one rigid frame. If you relax itll help you ride the gusts easier.
Don’t take ‘shelter’ by riding alongside high sided trucks because they too can be blown off course, or overturned by high winds.
Give yourself space to move around.
In the countryside watch out for trees and branches that may be lying in tge road around the next bend.
And in case you missed it…. relax!
Stay safe out there. From: http://ift.tt/1hd7ojD
