On duty today with NEGWales on the Radnorshire Road Race Competition.

Starting in Llandrindod Wells in Mid Wales. A race group of 75 riders with a four lap course totalling 75 miles. (75 very fast miles – these riders were sustaining speeds of 40mph on the flat and on the descents…. Well we had to get out of the way). A great event.
