Sam was all ready for his Mod 1 test in Newport today when the examiner deemed the weather too bad to carry out the teat!!

As frustrating as this is, youve got to way up the option of making representations for the test to go ahead but this would be more frustrating if the outcome of the test was jepordised by the adverse weather.

So all we could do was sit and enjoy the light show of the lightening and then the rainbow.
