Snow CBT. Mother & Daughter, Sam and Tasha from Bristol on their CBT today. It was a cold, but good start for them but then the snow started! We got as far as changing up and down the gears and about to move on to the slow control exercises when the snow got the better of us. Being unsafe to carry on we had to postpone the remainder. Well done to the girls who kept going as long as they could, with high spirits and great enthusiasm. Such a great start will stand them in good stead for the second session……. but now its time for another Hot Chocolate.
